First International Workshop on PervaSive Asian Knowledge and Experience (PerSAKE 19)

Twelveth  International Workshop of Perpetual Wine Tasting (PerWine 19)

The aim of this workshop is to foster exchange between researchers 

interested in sharing and discussing alcoholic beverages and their

culture anchor. In contrast to past issues we broaden the call for bottles 

and do not restrict the contributions to grape based beverages but

specifically ask for rice based contributions.

The topics of the workshop are

- Sake

- Riesling

- Chardonnay

- Pinot Noir

- Cabernet Sauvignoc, Franc and Blanc

- Cuvee

This list is not exhaustive. Any interesting grape is welcome.

Submissions in earlier venues were ment to be bought at the last-leg duty

free before the workshop. We are also happy to accept local contributions that

did not underwent international air travel.

The tentative workshop date is Tuesday, March 12th. The location will be announced 

via the usual channels.
